Beach Villa Ratac - Slano

Beach Villa Ratac is ideally located at a sunny private beach and surrounded by lush pine and olive trees.

All the apartments are comfortable with elegant interiors, terraces and balconiesfacing the sea, overlooking Elaphiti Islands. The architecture of the Villa is traditional, with typical stone elements. Each apartment provides a kitchen withfacilities for longer stays. It is possible to have up to 2 extra beds per apartment.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available on request and they can be delivered to your apartment through room service. A very well-known gastronomy centre in Croatia is Ston Bay, which is just a 10-minute drive away. It has the cleanest sea in the region and oyster, shell, mussel and fish farms provide excellent sea food served in the restaurants of the little town Ston.

Cars can be rented at the Beach Villa Ratac so you can drive by yourself to Dubrovnik, which is 25 km away, or to the nearby village of Slano with many restaurants and shops. You can also get to the villa by bus – the buses to Dubrovnik, Slano or Ston leave at a stop which is 100 metres from the property. Beach Villa Ratac also offers tour and excursion bookings for nearby restaurants, islands and towns.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.

Deluxe Double Room with Sea View. It has an open sea view, with terrace or balcony, 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living room with a connected kitchen. The bedroom accommodates 2 people. ;
Two-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View. 2 separate bedrooms, 2 comfortable bathrooms, kitchen and separate entrance make this apartment a good choice for families, couples and friends that spend their vacation together but also have the comfort of their own room and space. The main bedroom has a sea view balcony and the other bedroom has a sea view window. It is possible to add an extra bed in each room. ;
Five-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a separate living room with an open and wide connection with a sea view balcony, more like an exclusive patio for sun bathing of the suites guests. The main bedroom has its own balcony. Also, the kitchen has an outside terrace with open air table and private barbecue grill. The size of the Presidential Suite (150 m²) is 3 times the size of a standard apartment. ;
